Over the years we’ve learned that the best model for home renovation and custom build services is to charge for time and materials. Our approach is different than a project bid and provides our clients with greater transparency and control. We bill hourly at established rates for the carpentry team and collect payment via check each week. Materials are passed directly through to our clients and not marked up.

Why? An additional request pops up. Then another. Or, a change is made. Occasionally we encounter something along the way that requires extra effort or a workaround. We’ve seen it all. At the end of the day, we’re focused on is getting things right while keeping you apprised along the way of our progress.

We are fully insured and work with trusted electricians and plumbers as is warranted by the job.

Our service area is approximately a 20-mile radius from Concord, New Hampshire. Work outside of this area will be considered, but may incur a reasonable weekly commuting fee.
